Double Coating Double Baking Steel/Aluminum Coil Color Coating Line for PPGI/PPGL

The color coating line is a complete sets of production equipment to degrease and passivate the surface of the metal plate, and then coat the surface with multiple layers of organic paint by continuous roller coating, and then overprint patterns of various colors to form a new type of functional plate. The color coating plate is mainly based on cold rolled plate, galvanized / AL-ZN steel plate and aluminum alloy plate. This kind of plate has advantages of corrosion resistance and decoration, as well as directly providing raw material for construction industry, automobile manufacturing, electric and others.
